unfortunately, I don't follow the torrent world...
I have tested soulseek, but it's a dramatically outdated system...
we can only hope for some kind of solution to the problem here, on scn.

there you need to ask access to download from almost every user. that's bullshit. there is no such thing in DC++.

There are a few alternatives on the web, but they are limited to a specific genre and generally outdated or extremely confusing.
Unfortunately, the only other credible site (whose name I won't mention, but you probably know who I mean) has been frozen since day 12.
Until we get a definitive answer from scnlog regarding the 'disappearance' of mp3s, I advise everyone to take a holiday while waiting for better times

And with RARBG being gone .. is any torrent site posting daily MP3 packs?

Used to sometimes get TV packs there from 'ION10' or 'ION265' p2p groups.
Anyone knows if these groups are releasing somewhere else?

I thought ION10 and ION265 were from RARBG ... not seeing any new releases anywhere since the shutdown.
The ones on BT4G are old torrents.
The ones on usenet are also reposts of old ones.

I have only found one site that decently updates mp3s, but only for house...
I still believe this is not casual.
