Seems to be the only one of the latest FLAC page

The -2 at the end of the "link" would indicate it's a 2nd copy of the original page .. but no others are found.

No idea, only @admin @Scnlog can answer that.

Seems some FLAC's are still missed, same with certain MP3 rels ... (and maybe other stuff too, didn't check everything).

multiple gofile host links from multiup are not coming up grouped together with all rar parts in one folder with the links from other hosts but they are coming up as single file links one link for every rar part

Looks like since Jan 5th most, if not all uploads to ddownload are missing.
Maybe a fluke.
In these cases, do downloading sources get added/backfilled lateron or are they forever as-is at the moment of posting?

Nope, never seen more download links get added later...
