it is a malware, for sure. there are few nested zip archives, and at the end is a runnable exe file (set-up.exe). the people behind multiup.io are trying to make more money than they would make only by advertising.

maybe it would be wise to put a warning to the multiup.io links. not everyone is experienced enough to see, the mega.nz link(s) are possible threat.

For ALL the friends:

I very rarely use the multiup.io links because I have an annual subscription to ddownload.com.
Unfortunately, the ddownload.com links disappeared yesterday (see my previous report).
The multiup.io page *doesn't* offer me the various filehosters, as it used to, but only two options:
an absurd Usenet subscription (which I hate), and a "generic" [download] link button, that takes me to
meditean.cfd and then to "$$@#ꜰu11 S𐌄ᴛUP {(7890)_@❖P₳S!ɯ0ɾ2D_Multi-Full.zip" (on mega.nz),
which is a compressed file, with a compressed file inside, and then ... that infamous .exe file (which is clearly a virus/malware).

I've tried various browsers, with and without a VPN, even as a registered user of multiup.io, but the result is always the same.

In conclusion, if that damned ddownload link hadn't disappeared, I wouldn't be bothering you here.
I feel it's my duty to alert less experienced users to this threat, and I hope the ddownload links are reactivated
as soon as possible. Thank you all!

Thanks @moneytrees, good suggestion.
I use ad nauseam (in Opera) and generally find it quite good.
I'm not a compulsive keystroker, but in this case I deliberately tried to trace it back to the source - since I can't download from ddownload, I have to distract myself a bit :)
However, I still don't understand why the multiup.io website no longer provides links to filehosters, but only these crap links.

It does provide a selection of 8 different filehosts atm, some of them with quite good free-download speed.
Like I said, just use a download manager and not the ad-cluttered website. It'll also make handling your ddownload links much easier :)

Is there anyway to see a list of new releases that have been missed?

Hi everyone, I'm currently having huge issues using the search bar on the site, the search goes on a sort of never ending loop and finally the page returns an error, other pages have randomly the same issue and also pasting the name of the release in the address bar has the same result.
is anyone else experiencing the same issues in browsing and using the search function on the site?

edit: the site seems to work proprerly on mobile, but search won't work on PC on any browser.
there's actually no way the search function or even pasting the release name on the search bar would work via pc, after looping endlessly a page with database error comes up... :(
i might be wrong, but I'm starting to think that the pop ups or ads redirects settings have changed a couple of days ago and are somehow messing up the connection with the site via pc

Edit 2. Release pages won't even open anymore on mobile for me now, and it's 100% due to pop up ads, the only browser that lets you navigate is ad-blocker...
the site is now messed to the unbrowsable for me :(
