> 1fichier is just shit
But it has remote upload and other unique features for file sharing.

Yup, but pretty useless when almost every VPN provider is banned and most users that post 1fichier links do not have a premium account which they enable CDN on.

Judging by my situation with multiup, these are problems of the downloader with vpn, not the uploader.
+ CDN traffic is paid separately.

Is it just me or is Pixeldrain slow these days? Occasionally a download will go as fast as I was used to, but right now downloads even stall for a few seconds and then continue on again.. speeds are anywhere from 0 to maybe 4MB/s and this is before I even hit the transfer limit.

Yep.
Feels like Pixeldrain got really popular and is now nowhere near how fast it used to be.

Transfer.it is still fast for me ( up and down ).
Imagenetz hasn't been too bad either the few times I used it recently.

Transfer.it's speeds are nice but I can't download files from there through Firefox, and there's no support in jDownloader. :-(

You running some weird addons stopping it? (or it is once again VPNs being blocked?)

I just uploaded and downloaded a file via transfer.it using Firefox (with uBlock Origin enabled)

You know you could install a 2nd browser to download from there :p (Brave / Opera / Vivaldi .. )

It's probably the privacy settings or something related to that. I'm using
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
(security and privacy focused Firefox fork) in particular which has a lot of fingerprinting protection, and with it comes uBO, but I'm not using any other addons. The site does work over every VPN connection I've tried, thankfully.

Uploads work on my end but not downloads, interestingly. Once I click either "Download all" or "View content"->"Download" the page reloads to the beginning.

Yep, I have

(security and privacy focused Chromium fork) installed and use that just for transfer.it.

I could reduce some privacy settings in LibreWolf to see if I can get the page working, but since it works just fine in Helium I'm going to stick with that. IMHO more important to me would be if the jDownloader team could some day add support for the site, but I'm not complaining that I have to use Helium, just sharing my experience.

(limit: 100GB - 25GB per file)?

FAQ says:
Files are kept indefinitely as long as storage allows. We only delete files when we are running low on disk space, which is quite rare — we maintain large storage capacity and actively monitor usage.

When we do need to reclaim space, we delete files that haven't been accessed in 30 days, starting with the oldest ones first (files uploaded over a year ago go first). Active files that are being downloaded regularly are never touched.

pixeldrain performance issues seem to be fixed, and daily download limits have temporarily been increased to 30gb which is a nice surprise :)

Never heard of it or seen a link for it.
Decided to upload a file (for a request):
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Upload speed was about 50% of that to transfer.it (which maxes my line).
Download speed was about 14 Mb/s

Added FileDitch to the table on the first page.

Let's give it a test run and see how it goes.
I noticed it detected my ad blocked and asked to turn it off, but the file was able to be downloaded while ignoring that message.

Files are "never" deleted ... so let's see how long "never" really is ... I'd say 90 days max? :p

updated.

Also noticed their claimed file retention is 45 days since last download (or until more space is needed).
Have seen some files get purged very fast ... no idea how or why.

yeah, happened to me a couple times as well. filled some requests, went to bed, and all uploads were purged by the time I woke up, lol. but the majority are still available, though. weird
