Synopsis: We dont recall the Enid Blyton book where a 70s pop star, former GMTV presenter and Gardeners World presenter commandeered two boats and had madcap adventures in France. However Channel 5 appear to have struck upon this Celebrity Five Go format with this sequel following last years Five Go Motorhoming series. The ragtag bunch of famous faces taking to the waterways around Cahors are actor Tom Conti, Olympian Tessa Sanderson, singer Tony Christie, garden designer Diarmuid Gavin and broadcaster Penny Smith, who says the experience sounds absolutely idyllic - and therefore has clearly never seen one of these programmes before. Predictably, its not long before shes lost control of her boat and has become wedged in a tree.
