Forget about these dat-entries for old 0-day releases. There is no such thing as "the original release" or "a clean copy" for lots of these releases. Reason is that alot of sites/BBS systems put advertisements in the zipfiles or comments of the zipfiles. So the files might even have pre'd in different ways (HQ A put in some ad, HQ B another, HQ C did not) and then mixed up even more when the release was traded. So it's neither a mistake of dats.site nor corrupt files but just the way things used to be back then.
Looking at the dat-entries for this release you can see that pwzsof06.zip is bigger than the other files, which probably is some advert in the file. The other two are the same size but maybe the have some zip-comment in it - not sure if this increases the zipfile size or not.
