Since this "trick" cannot be used because the NSPs contain actual data, there is no DLC scene release for the international version of this game,
HR's Asian version is outdated and their 10 unlockers are incomplete, just use these DLC NSPs sourced from P2P (Asian x30, international x31), which should be safe because the signatures and hashes are valid:
