Unfortunately, there is something wrong with the files. The downloads won't finish. I tried it multiple times

If you have not done so already, please retry the download one more time, as there may have been a temporary issue with the host. This would also explain why it failed to create a ZIP file for the Download all function, which I have never seen before.
