Issues with SCENE releases

track 11 skips back to the beginning after about 30 seconds

im guessing this release has the same issue as it has the same runtime

will wait for a repack/proper/cd release

EDIT: repacks now out for both releases

tripel released season 1 episodes 1-4 again but named them season 2, so s02e05 is actually s02e01 and the remaining two episodes which are already two weeks old stay unreleased

It's episode 060 ... Laura says it at 00:24 ... the show is slightly longer than ep 060 but it's the same tracks ..

srrDB entry is complete garbage. NFO only mentions the 4th track and that's the only track present in the release uploaded apparently.
Does anyone have a proper release with correct NFO etc? I do have the 4 mp3 files, M3U+SFV, but can't verify whether they are the correct ones.

Wow, someone really went out of his way to modify that release. Even size and total playtime were edited in the NFO 😆

Anyway, this is my version that I downloaded back in 2011:

. Did a quick check and its tags/NFO are the same as other SGN releases pre'd on the same day, so I guess it's correct. Feel free to add it to srrDB as well.

My release was almost similar, but the M3U had a different checksum and the 'last changed date' was 2012, so I believe your version to be the original.
I'll add it to srrDB. I've had files rejected before while I was 99.9% certain they were original and then you see this and think.. who checked this and thought.. yeah looks legit, let's add it.. :unsure:

Just a heads-up, but it seems like the bot is randomly skipping a massive amount of MP3 releases from various groups incl. PTC, FMC, wAx...

E.g. FMC:
I just checked https://predb.me/?group=fmc&page=2 and then compared to https://scnlog.me/music/?s=fmc
I would say that 80% of those releases are missing. And No, this time it is not the A-B naming issue we had been experiencing before.

This post should probably go in the 'Site Feedback' topic.

Having said that, I just downloaded those FMC releases from SCNLOG. I think you're just too impatient. With sooo many groups spamming their weekly bunch of random Deezer/Tidal crap on Thursdays and Fridays the bot gets clogged and right now it's 24 hours behind. This happens every week. Although this Thursday and Friday more MP3 releases than usual were pre'd, so the delay is probably a bit longer than in previous weeks.

Personally I think it's awesome all releases are still being uploaded (even if it's with a day of delay) and the bot doesn't skip a bunch of releases just to be up-to-date again. The only releases I know of that are still systematically missing are foreign releases in the Artist-Title-WEB-FR-2025-format (like JETSYKO-BE4BLK-WEB-FR-2025-OND).

Although the Scene is Global French / MULTi / German / Spanish releases and scene sites in general do not spread or even see those releases. Even though it's an MP3 "section" English Sites will only Spread English releases... It's all very weird and it's just how the scene operates. The Only section which crosses language barriers is Games / Switch and thats because collectors want every release regardless of the language.

Super.Bowl.LX.Halftime.Show.2026.SPANiSH.1080p.HDTV.H264-DARKFLiX is a perfect example of a release that was lost and didn't spread very well because -DARKFLiX is primarily an English Releasing Group and didn't contact any Spanish Scene couriers to make sure their release spread to multiple FTP Sites.

Scene Topsites will exclude languages from being sent into the site or if you do send them they get site nuked and then you don't gain any ratio and are sometimes penalized for sending that release.

If anyone is interested in foreign scene releases that might not reach to scnlog.me I would suggest to sign up on digitalcore.club if possible. After Torrentseeds (a torrent site that uploaded the majority of scene releases (foreign included)) decided to end its operations and refugees landed on digitalcore.club this site started uploading foreign releases.
