How can I restore a scene-release using srrgui-1.3 and the iso, srr, sfv files? I need step-by-step guide

SRRGUI saying "No RAR executables found".
ReScene.NET detected that I need winrar x64 v. 3.90. I specified that version but still getting "No RAR.....". I also tried version 2.90 and same result.

You can't rescene iso files with gui version. Only CLI version (command line one) can do that. As Kalli said
