This is one of a handful of short films from the "How to Train Your Dragon"/"DreamWorks Dragons" franchise:

I don't see any scene releases at predb.me or srrdb. Any non-scene alternative would be fine - better resolutions and encodings preferred, of course. According to above, it was made available not as a special feature for one of the trilogy of feature films, but as part of at least two short film collections:
