What's the deal with PROXY?

Pretty much all their releases are on preDB and those dates match the NFO date. They have a couple of nukes as well, so I always treated them as scene. Yet they are on the non-scene list. Was there a PURiTY-like situation that I missed or something?

Shows as scene on my end.

EOS is a special case but we went with non-scene on that one to make it easier for everyone.
