This workaround is not really necessary.
Up until some time ago hitting the daily limit would immediately throttle all active connections to a combined 1MB/s. Now for some reason this check only seems to happen when starting a new download, meaning that as long as you do so
before reaching the limit the transfer
will always complete at full speed.
Since the host allows 20 GB files and three simultaneous downloads, theoretically you could leech up to 66 GB at full speed plus the rest of the day at the reduced speed (86.4 GB max.) so well over 100 GiB per 24 hours without annoying wait times or captchas, which I find to be a rather generous deal.
If that still is not enough, you can use the

, though the former seems to be broken currently, switch to a different VPN server/proxy, simply reboot your router to get a new public IP address, or look for better sources than a site that constantly breaks and loads extremely slowly.
