Forget dats.site - The differences in the hashes are due to the comment in the zipfile. This release/file is legit, i know for a fact that this is a copy of the file that came out in 2000 (besides the zip-comment that was later added by a site). Noone really bothered back then, this obsession about clean releases/dumps started much later with the rise of NoIntro.
Open up
nil-gbai.zip in a hex editor and delete the last 664 bytes. Then set the last two bytes of the remaining bytes from 98 02 (664 in decimal, little endian) to 00 00. nil-gbai.zip should now match 59c08846. Look into EOCD.
