This is a known issue for LOL xvid releases.

This is exactly the kind of post that made me want to look for this Sample for you! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and I appreciate your hard work trying some of the more advanced techniques to rebuild the sample yourself (even though it's not required).

Unfortunately Polish stuff is extremely hard to find out in the wild and I wasn't able to find a source for you.
