If you found another release in your database, you should look into why the database is tainted with a known p2p group's stolen releases.

Those two releases by BREWS were not nuked indeed, but this situation is a bit complicated:
Their very first release (Mario_plus_Rabbids_Sparks_of_Hope_The_Tower_of_Doooom_DLC_NSW-BREWS from 2023-04-02) was nuked with "dlc.can.not.be.bought.separately.only.as.a.bundle_missing.other.dlc.releases_suspected.release.stolen.from.web" as the reason.
They make rather silly mistakes quite often:

010035E0184E3002: Solo Scenarios: Mercenary Challenges

Double_Dragon_Gaiden_Rise_of_the_Dragons_NSW-HR has title ID 010010401BC1A000 but this update has 01005D001AE48800, which makes it incompatible. See this post for a similar case.

2023-11-03 Amabilly_NSW-BREWS (NUKED: missing.ticket_get.repack)
2023-11-03 Amabilly_PROPER_NSW-BREWS (NUKED: mislabeled.REPACK_rule.7.3_get.repack)
PROPER Reason: previous release was dumped before running it once, so ticket was not found. Correctly dumped now. Sorry.
Note: according to rules, previous PROPER was mislabelled.
It's fixing a mistake in own release, not a flaw in the game.
Sorry for inconvenience and thanks for understanding.
Because nukenets are pathetic, instead of outright scene-banning BREWS, like SUXXORS rightly called for (see below), on 2023-06-10 they just nuked all of their previous releases that had not been nuked yet for the above reasons, most of them on a technicality:
1.4) Rars must be RAR4 or RAR5 using M1 compression (fastest) or higher
7.7) You are not allowed to pre game updates that don't have a scene release of the base game (P2P doesn't count as scene!).
PROPER INFO
This bundle includes missing other dlc releases, which are:
0100317013771001: Galactic Prestige Pack
0100317013771002: Megabug Collection Weapon Skins
0100317013771003: Rabbid Mario Pit Stopper Weapon Skin
0100317013771004: Rabbid Peach Bwahkura Weapon Skin
0100317013771005: Season Pass DLC 1 The Tower of Doooom
[...]
To their credit, they did provide a workaround for a game bug, though rule 7.9 can be interpreted to require this:
7.9) Only working PLAYABLE releases on current CFW solutions are allowed. This means you are not allowed to pre a non-working game until it's fixed either by you or by new CFW/tools. [...]
NOTE: there's a glitch not fixed yet by any update. When you start the game, Level 1 starts paused and showing an upper menu which is not responding to anything. However it can be bypassed doing this: just score a goal aiming with the left joypad and shooting with A. Then on Level 2 the pause button (-) and the upper menu work as usual. "Finger Football: Goan in Two" is not affected by this glitch.
There is also Pizza_Tower_INTERNAL_NSW-BREWS (from 2023-07-15):
INTERNAL Note: this is a non-free community unofficial port from the PC game available on Steam for 19,99 USD since 26 January 2023.
The game has a valid ticket but not an official signature.
Please use DBI to install it safely.
READNFO Notes: The previous eShop releases done got nuked for being stolen from p2p with watermarks from a Tinfoil shop. This is the real release dumped from the physical cartridge with Proof included.
Due to multiple and repetitive shameful behavior attempting to release stolen releases which are already several weeks old, all past and future releases will be ignored. They should be delpred, removed and banned from scene. A message of 'no watermarks' is silly and does not change past behavior as this is a security concern. Respect the rules of the game that the scene has built over decades and enjoy this fine release. Greets to the legit release groups keeping the traditions alive.
If you find this title in the dupedb released by BREWS and wonder why we are releasing it. Guess what? All their releases are ignored. This "group" was caught stealing from p2p (with proof) and anything they release will be ignored and considered nuked.
We do not forget. We do not accept any of your stuff. Lamers! Remember who has been doing quality releases for decades before you
open your mouth.
If you believe you can just resume releasing claiming to be legit, you are mistaken. You are forever on the ban-list and deserve to be called out by the p2p lamers. Shame on you all who trade/collect any of their stuff. You are worthless tools of this fractured society.

2023-08-25 Blasphemous_2_Update_v1.0.3_NSW-BREWS
2023-08-31 Flame_Keeper_Update_v1.0.3_NSW-SUXXORS
This update broke rule 7.7 because there was no valid scene release for the base game at the time as Flame_Keeper_NSW-BREWS was nuked and Flame_Keeper_REPACK_NSW-BREWS had not been PRE'd yet (four days later). So much for "all their releases are ignored".

This release is compatible with our cartridge pre. Any other pre's in the DB by un-named group are ignored and considered stolen from the web/p2p. As previously proofed enough times. Enjoy a good pre!
Notes:
Any previous release by some random group was nuked, and most likely was stolen from p2p like various of their previous releases have been (including proof/watermark!)
Make up your mind, from our point of view we ignore these releases.
- Rule 1.4 now only applies to cartridge releases.
This was desperately needed as requiring encrypted NSP files to be compressed offers zero benefit, but prolongs archiving and extracting, uses more system resources for both, and actually makes the resulting archive (slightly) larger than the input file!
- Rule 7.4 was extended to prohibit a PROPER for wrong compression used and require a REPACK instead.
- Rules 11 and 12 were added to require BREWS new groups to prove themselves by releasing 30 cartridges with 50 0day eShop games or alternatively 100 0day eShop games. Ten groups were grandfathered in based on their previous record, though half of them are defunct now.
These new rules were quickly leaked to P2P as usual - I read them within a few hours - but despite having PRE access on a topsite, the single retard behind BREWS somehow failed to notice them and happily continued releasing, then wondered why he kept ketting nuked for it:
READ NFO Note: this is a legally purchased game available from eShop since few days ago but not released yet. It's good and fun enough so I feel like it deserves to be released. If something is wrong about this, please issue a scene notice with reasons of nuking legit games.
Also please note that today's previous release from SUXXORS is a game as old as September 3, 2020 and new rules are supposed to be 0day. Please check:
I checked current rules for NSW but they're not updated since 2019. Please clarify what is allowed and what is not from now on... because scene rules are for all, isn't it?
Though he did get the memo eventually and is now forced to PRE absolute trash in the vain hope of achieving "real group" status some day. At his current rate - 31/100 0day eShop game PREs after around 1/3 of a year - he may just make it before the shovelware deluge switches to flooding this console's successor instead.
Funnily enough BREWS still lists SUXXORS in the greetings section of his NFOs, which he just copy-pasted from the latest ruleset:
There have been less blatantly "stolen" NSW releases before, but the fact that BREWS has not PRE'd a single cartridge dump in his eleven months of activeness speaks volumes and that he was not kicked the fuck out of the scene permanently is a rather damning indictment of the latter's reputation.
