Using the Redump ISO I tried the steps suggested here but pyRescene kept giving me errors (exit code 1 or 99 IIRC) and wouldn't recreate the RARs. Any help is appreciated

Never had that happen. Try with a small more recent release that uses 2016-08-15_rar540.exe and no compression to rule out rar executable compatibility or --mt-set issues. If that fails reinstall the program. If it still does not work post a proper error report so we can try to help you with troubleshooting.

Thank you @formeruser, I think the troubles in rescening this particular release comes down to user error. I had the Redump ISO on my drive from a month ago and must've incorrectly assumed I had tried it once before and failed. Using srr.exe --mt-set 1 -z .\rar-bins -t .\ -o Bakugan.Battle.Brawlers.PAL.Wii-GLoBAL Bakugan.Battle.Brawlers.PAL.Wii-GLoBAL.srr and 2009-08-16_rar390.exe I was able to rescene the release without issue. I apologize for that oversight on my part, and thank you for the upload regardless.

As a test, using pyRescene with 2016-08-15_rar540.exe instead, I was able to successfully rescene Nintendogs.plus.Cats.Toy.Poodle.and.New.Friends.v01.EUR.3DS-CONTRAST (matches No-Intro Nintendogs + Cats - Toy Poodle & New Friends (Europe) (En,Fr,De,Es,It,Nl,Pt,Ru) (Rev 1)).

I know I've encountered exit codes 1 and 99 before with pyRescene. I'm currently trying to rescene Mortal.Kombat.Arcade.Kollection-TiNYiSO and will update this thread with how that goes.
